My OTP of all OTPs is Hades/Persephone from Greek mythology! They're also probably my oldest ship too because I've shipped them since I was ten. It's real rough trying to find content for them because I'm unreasonably picky about the characterizations of my favorite mythological characters.
One of my forever OTPs is Shuu/Ryuuji from Hatoful Boyfriend. In the sense of "Shuu pining awkwardly after an oblivious Ryuuji" because I enjoy his pain. 8>

This is tough to answer! I do not really have what might be called an OTP! I can however name a ship that I was disappointed and minorly surprised did not become concrete canon by the ending, which was Harry and Gay Perry from Kiss Kiss Bang Bang!
Oh man, I have a lot of ships, but I'll go with Haruka/Chihaya from The Idolm@ster, loved them since I got into the series years ago and I don't think I'll be stopping any time soon. They're so supportive of each other, and I love ships that help pull each other up.

So ill make a brief comment about one of my favorite OTP. Leon x Ada (Biohazard). :' ) IDK what it was about it (other then the series trying to make it a thing anyways). But Maybe its this whole Cat and Mouse chase that goes on in the series between the two. You want them to be together (they probably wanna be together) but because of this type of universe, that is just not gonna happen (any time soon). also from that seires I was (and still am) Really into Billy x Rebecca. But Billy hasn't been in any Biohazard Media outside of Biohazard 0. So ;; My unfinished ship RIP.
I don't really have much of an OTP, but in videogames, my favourite romance route so far has been Zevran/The Warden in Dragon Age: Origins! I like that finally, an evil character gets a romance route and doesn't actually turn good or anything like that, it's very refreshing.
I don't have an "OTP of all time" since it changes with every fandom but my current one is Viktor/Yuri P. from Yuri!!! On Ice Not very common but it's what I like hahah

trick or treat!! i multiship a lot lmao but one of my biggest ships is probably steve/tony from marvel comics (and movies and cartoons and basically any property they show up in) i love them lots even when the writers don't treat them right at all :/
Oh man me or Aru have a whole wall in our place dedicated to pics of our OTPs! It'd be super hard to pick just one. Maybe Vikturi? Or Gin-sensei and Murasaki from the Colors Universe :D
